IEQ Technology was founded in 2011 by Timothy and Jenny Woolley. Specializing in custom software development, IEQ Technology has quickly become a leader in its industry, proudly serving the greater Willamette Valley and beyond.

Since its inception, IEQ Technology has focused on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions. We have a strong reputation in the community, and our services are sought after by large and small organizations alike.

Tim Woolley

Born and raised in Coos Bay, Oregon, Tim comes from a family with deep roots in the timber industry. He spent the first 12 years of his career as a logger before he and Jenny decided together that he should go to college.

In 2002, Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Oregon. His years in the woods, and the legacy of the family that came before him, gave him a relentless work ethic and a no-nonsense approach to client relationships. That same mindset drives the quality and timeliness of every project IEQ takes on.

Jenny Woolley

Rupert, IdahoMedical field

Jenny grew up in Rupert, Idaho, in a family with deep roots in agriculture. She started working as a teenager during the potato harvest, riding the harvester and sorting out rocks, and later moved into a role at a processing facility. She eventually came to Oregon, where she received her education in the medical field.

Jenny’s path from the fields of Idaho to co-owning a technology company in Oregon has given her a unique perspective on business and a work ethic second to none. Her determination and get-it-done attitude are central to IEQ’s commitment to its clients and their success.
