IEQ Technology was founded in 2010 by Timothy and Jenny Woolley. Specializing in custom software development, IEQ Technology has quickly become a leader in its industry; proudly serving the greater Willamette Valley, and beyond.

Our founders
Tim Woolley
Tim was born and raised in Coos Bay Oregon his family has deep roots in the timber industry. In fact, Tim got his start working as a logger for the first 12 years of his working life until he and Jenny decided it was best for them if he went to college.
In 2002, Tim graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Science. The time that Tim worked as a Logger and the legacy of his family has instilled in him a work ethic and a no B.S. attitude when it comes to client relationships and the quality and timeliness of the projects that IEQ participates in.
Jenny Woolley
Jenny was born and raised in Rupert Idaho and her family has deep roots in the agricultural industry. As a teenager, Jenny started her working career during the potato harvest, on a harvester, sorting out rocks, until she eventually moved into a position in a processing facility. Eventually, Jenny moved to Oregon and received her education in the medical field.
Jenny’s journey from the fields of Idaho to owning a software business in Oregon has given her a unique perspective on business and a work ethic that is second to none. Her sheer will and get it done attitude is an integral part of IEQ’s commitment to our clients and success.
